Hot marshmallows are fun - bad checks are not!
From the annual Girl Scout Cookie Drive to other activities throughout the year, many Girl Scout Troops (and Councils) receive bounced checks. More and more Scouting organizations are turning to professional bad check recovery services to collect hot checks. One service used for several years by some Girl Scout Troops is NorthStar. NorthStar is a free service to all Girl Scout organizations (the bad check writers fund the service by paying a small fee determined by each state. NorthStar is a polite and firm check recovery service that has received excellent reviews from some of your fellow Scout leaders.
