The Greek verb “θορυβέω”

Limited to Mt. 9:23; Mk. 5:39; Acts 17:5; 20:10, the Greek verb “thorubeo” meant “distressed,” “be troubled,” “throw into disorder.”  In Mt. 9:23, Mk. 5:39, and Acts 20:10, this word is associated with death.
