The Greek adjective “εἰρηνικός”

Limited to Heb. 12:11 and Jas. 3:17, the Greek adjective “eirenikos” meant “peaceful” or “peaceable.”  Regarding Heb. 12:11, “the rigorous discipline of the Israelite education leads finally to the peaceable fruit of righteousness” (Spicq, 1:437).  Regarding Jas. 3:17, wisdom is very peaceful, “that is judging from verse 16, opposed to disorder and intrigues (cf. Prov. 3:17; Mal. 2:6; Rom. 8:6)” (ibid).
